Cancellation Policy/Release Form:  Elegant Stitch must receive written notice (i.e., by letter, fax or email) of any cancellation no later than the close of business on August  15, 2010.  If notice of cancellation is received prior to this deadline, you will receive a refund, minus a $175.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be made after this date.  If you do not attend the event, Elegant Stitch is under no obligation to provide you with event materials (e.g., kits, patterns, instructions), but may do so, at its discretion, on a showing that you were unable to attend due to an unanticipated emergency.
